An inaugural lecture is an occasion of significance. They provide newly appointed professors with the opportunity to inform colleagues, the campus community and the general public of their work to date, including current research and future plans. Several professors and honorary doctor will present in three different sessions.

A workshop for students

Simon Flato from Sustainergies will give a playful introduction to a competition where both NCC and SJ are looking for sustainable ideas from visionary students. Each case has a 25 000 SEK prize and the competition is open until January 2015. After this workshop you will have both inspiration and some drafts so actually competing will be simple and fun.
